REQ'T 1: High efficiency for tube amps using 2A3's and 300B's

HOW REQ'T 1 IS MET: Use efficient drivers, Subwoofer needed for bottom 2 octaves

REQ'T 2: Reduce induced distortion from other drivers

HOW REQ'T 2 IS MET: Use individual enclosures for each driver

REQ'T 3: Keep enclosure resonance modes outside of driver frequency range

HOW REQ'T 3 IS MET: Perform COSMOS modal FEA analysis to verify enclosure frequency modes are outside of driver frequency range

REQ'T 4: No speaker part more than 70 lbms

HOW REQ'T 4 IS MET: Make enclosures modular and detachable

REQ'T 5: Crossover to be isolated from acoustic and mechanical vibrations

HOW REQ'T 5 IS MET: Active crossover is an external component separated from speakers

REQ'T 6: Cohere time alignment of drivers

HOW REQ'T 6 IS MET: Design driver enclosures to be moveable and positioned relative to one another

REQ'T 7: Isolate enclosures from each other

MIDRANGE/TWEETER ENCLOSURE THICKNESSES: 0.500" Thick Aluminum

CROSSOVER: Passive Butterworth 1st Order 6dB slopes 300Hz/3200Hz

Alternate CROSSOVER: or for Tri-Amping Active XM44 4-way Crossover by Marchand Electronics (Fully Assembled) : 70Hz (sub) / 300Hz / 3500Hz ; 24dB/Octave Linkwitz-Riley

FREQUENCY RANGE: 65 Hz - 20,000 Hz, Subwoofer recommended, XM44 active crossover is 4-way to accommodate a Subwoofer

WOOFER: Eminence 10" diameter paper cone rated at 250Wrms, 95dB/Watt/m efficiency

MIDRANGE: Eminence 6" diameter paper cone rated at 100Wrms, 94dB/Watt/m efficiency
